Object acceptance

Thank you very much for your willingness to offer an object(s) to the KOLK 17 Puppet Theater & Museum collection.

We are always delighted to receive donated objects. If you possess figures, props, theater posters, scripts, or other items relevant to the history of puppet theater and would like to entrust them to KOLK 17, we would be pleased to get in touch with you.

Acceptance criteria

We would like to note in advance that our primary focus is on collecting items used in a theater context, meaning we do not collect toy or costume dolls or similar items.

KOLK 17 reserves the right to decline objects that do not fit within the collection concept. Accepting an object does not entail any legal obligations for KOLK 17. Furthermore, acceptance does not guarantee that the object(s) will be added to the collection or displayed in exhibitions.

Providing information about the object(s) is, of course, voluntary. If you would prefer to only leave your name, contact details, and a brief message, you can do so via the form as well.

By submitting your personal offer, you confirm that no third-party rights exist.

Please remember to upload informative photos of the object(s) at the end of the form. This allows us to make an initial assessment and respond more quickly regarding the possibilities of adding them to the KOLK 17 collection.
