Great Literature in a Peepshow

This version of Nikolai Gogol's story ‘The Nose’ gets by without words. The funny story is told only with theatrical wit and live music on the revolving stage: the barber is horrified to find a lost nose and the nose-less owner wants to get married. The hollow heads of the hand puppets are open at the top and shaving foam oozes out of the head of the frightened barber. The corrupt official has a money slot in his cap.
